Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?No, we bring all the necessary supplies. If you would rather we use your own, just let us know (in some areas our cleaners travel by public transport, so we may ask that you provide a hoover and a mop).

How do I book a cleaning service?Fill out the enquiry form and click "Submit Enquiry". We’ll contact you shortly to confirm everything.

Are you insured?Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Can I schedule regular cleaning?Absolutely. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans to suit your needs.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?No problem! Please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

How long will the cleaning take?Timing depends on your property and the service. We will give an estimate when booking.
